The STOP Obesity Partnership (Partnership for the Prevention and Treatment of Obesity) is an independent and open initiative of the community of public health experts, science, social and business sectors, with a non-promotional character and working for the multi-sectoral reduction of obesity in Poland.

The founding institutions of the Partnership are the Institute of Health Management at Lazarski University and the Polish Society for the Treatment of Obesity, and the Partnership is coordinated by the Institute of Health Management at Lazarski University.

The main goal of the activity is to build a national cross-sector partnership, working to generate pathways and mechanisms for multi-level interaction between different sectors of public administration, the scientific sector, businesses and the social sector. The main goal defined in this way is to lead to a reduction in the prevalence of obesity as a health, social and economic problem in Poland.
